About

Built by people who spent years fighting their own bank.

Agenco started inside a company running payroll in three currencies with four providers, a spreadsheet, and a standing Friday call to work out where the money was.

The problem we're solving

Global business is now the default. A five-person company sells in four currencies, hires in two countries, and pays vendors on three continents. Banking infrastructure assumed the opposite: one country, one currency, one branch relationship.

The result is a tax on operating internationally, paid in fees, in days of float, and in finance-team hours that should have gone somewhere useful. We think that tax is an artefact of old plumbing, not a law of nature.

Agenco is one account that behaves the way companies actually work.

How we work

Price in the open

Every fee and spread is published before you transact. If we can't explain a charge in a sentence, we don't make it.

Money moves or it doesn't

We don't ship a status that means 'somewhere between here and there'. You see the rail, the stage, and the expected arrival.

Controls before incidents

Limits, approvals, and audit trails are default behaviour, not an enterprise upsell bolted on after the first mistake.

Build for the whole map

Lagos, London, and Lisbon are first-class from day one. No 'coming soon' page for the markets our customers already work in.
